For paper flyer inquiries, we give all customers up to twenty-four hours after the package was marked as delivered to report if the order was wrong. An investigation will be held to ensure credibility on both ends. The customer will be asked to provide evidence like several images of the mistake in the order. Then, the customer will be eligible for a refund. Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that are stolen.
